b. To upload, edit, or distribute images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

e. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
f. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate our company, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity.
g. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
h. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

a. Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription. All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
b. Billing: We will bill you through an online account for use of the paid portions of the Service. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase.
c. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
d. Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
e. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will notify you in advance of any price changes by email.

8. Data Storage and Deletion
We temporarily store your images on our servers to provide editing functionality. Images are automatically deleted from our servers after a reasonable period of inactivity or upon completion of your editing session. We are not responsible for the loss of your images and recommend that you download and save your edited images promptly.

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us at support@imageeditor.com.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the quality of edited images or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and your use of the Service. If there is liability found on our part, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages.
