* Raw image data containing faces (we do not extract or store separate facial recognition profiles)
* Face-related metadata necessary for image editing operations
Face data is collected solely for the purpose of providing image editing services and is not used for facial recognition, identification, or any other purpose beyond image editing.

d. Non-Personal Data (Web Cookies):
We use web cookies to enhance your experience on our Service. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us understand how you use our OmniEdit and remember your preferences. This data is not used to personally identify you. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We collect your data for the following primary purposes:

* Third-Party Image Processing: We share image data, including images containing face data, with our third-party service provider fal.ai to provide advanced image editing capabilities. This sharing is necessary to deliver the image editing services you request.
* fal.ai processes your images on our behalf and is contractually required to use your data only for providing the requested image editing services.
* No other personal information (name, email, payment details) is shared with fal.ai.

All other personal information is used solely for the purposes outlined in this policy. We are committed to keeping your data private and secure.

4. Data Retention and Security

* Images uploaded for editing, including those containing face data, are temporarily stored on our secure servers during your editing session.
* Face Data Retention: Images containing face data are automatically deleted from both our servers and our third-party provider (fal.ai) after 7 days of being uploaded.
* Manual Deletion: You can manually delete your images and associated face data at any time through the mobile app before the automatic 7-day deletion period.
* Data Storage Location: Face data is stored temporarily on our secure servers and on fal.ai's servers (located in accordance with their security standards) for the duration specified above.
* All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.
* We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Children's Privacy

Our OmniEdit is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@imageeditor.com, and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

6. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by email and/or via a notice within the app. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
